Thank you for considering my application. Qualities I bring to Killzone Gaming Staff Team: I am a direct and judicious person with a healthy respect for my peers. I have an easy-going sense of humour and am a personable man. Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzone Gaming Staff Team: Deserve is a strong word but my temperament is suited for the role of moderator. For the first 2 years of my post-graduate candidature, I tutored and subsequently lectured in criminal law at Victoria University, Melbourne. The role gave me ample experiencing in liaising with diverse audiences. The role also gave me experience in making case-by-case judgments on tertiary standards and expectations (university assessments and dispute resolution). These were judgments which were required to be substantiated and thoroughly reasoned and I believe these qualities are transferable to a moderator role. In summary, I will bring a decisive yet holistic disposition to KZG. A disposition which will treat like cases alike and distinguish where necessary without prejudice.
