Duke Posted October 12, 2020 Share Posted October 12, 2020 Hi Ultra Mega Happy, Your third ban on 8/10/2020 was issued by Loosey. Loosey's discretion was to ban you for 120 minutes which is adverse to your prospects of appeal. A testament to his character, Loosey issued a lenient ban given that the punishment for a 3rd FFA offence is 7 days. Your 4th ban on 10/10/2020 was issued by me. The penalty was 14 days and informed by KZG protocol which confers discretion on administrators to impose bans greater than 7 days where the player breaches the 'repeat offender' threshold (by receiving more than 3 bans on KZG). The discretion to impose a ban of 14 days was informed by: your repeat offending on KZG, your behaviour on other servers (repeat offender status on Zion) and your lack of remorse/insight into your offending (as evidenced in your application).
